What I noticed after my phone came with 2.3.4 is that, there are quite a number of improvements from the previous versions. You could do a firmware upgrade depending on the phone you use.. Some software glitches might be due to the application itself rather than glitches on Android.. If you could specifically tell me what applications and the issues you face, I might be able to help.
