Till I get the licence card I can use this temporary sheet. Since I didn't receive the licence card I had to renew it couple of times. I have the licence for AllCars + Dual Purpose Vehicles + Motor Bikes. I got the licence card only yesterday which I don't have to renew in the future. But heavy vehicle licence should be renewed every two years I think. AFAIK the temporary licence sheet is only valid for six months even if its not mentioned.
